The full price is $115 but I am accepting $50 non-refundable deposits. The balance is due 04/01/25. Currently the group size is set for 10 investigators however we can accommodate more. If/when we get to 10, I will open up additional space. Typically, the price after the initial 10 is $100 + tax per person but I will confirm that with Waverly Hills.

This building has had an interesting life. It was a funeral home 1939 - 1976. The upstairs was where the family lived and where the bodies were prepared for burial. I am told they have original artifacts like wooden caskets and a body spreader (that doesn't sound good).

Built in 1796, this beautiful plantation is a great place for history lovers and paranormal enthusiasts. Sitting on 80 acres, the property has 19 rooms to choose from.
I have rented the main house for this overnight event. Each room has a max capacity of 2 people. We will investigate the paranormal into the wee hours of the morning so bring whatever gear you want and get ready!

This place has a unique history being that it was once a masonic lodge, post office, and the telephone operator office (it is now an Airbnb). We will be renting the entire second floor which has 3 bedrooms with a total of five beds and three bathrooms.

Lizzie Borden's House & Salem

A small, exclusive group of us will travel to Boston where we will pick up our rental cars and head to Fall River, MA. Home to the Lizzie Borden House, we will spend the day and night learning about that fateful day in 1872 in which Mr. and Mrs. Borden were brutally murdered.
We will spend the night in the house conducting paranormal research before we head out the next day to Salem, home of the infamous 1692 Witch Trials. In Salem, we will spend the next two nights at the Salem Inn (while space lasts) and spending our days and free time touring and learning about Salem. Space is extremely limited since the group will be kept small at a maximum of 12.
The per person price is $480 which includes all three nights (one at Lizzie’s and two in Salem) however that is for double occupancy. If you want a room all to yourself, you will need to pay $480 x 2 + $960. Non-refundable deposits are accepted at $160 per person at double occupancy ($320 if you want a room to yourself) with the balance due March, 1, 2022. Rooms in Salem will be booked as final payment is received. Currently I am booking guests at the Salem Inn’s West House but, if space runs out, guests will be booked at another of the Salem Inn’s properties.
I am working on some optional tour packages and information will be distributed as soon as possible. I am happy to assist you in finding flights and rental cars if needed.

We will have access to two buildings. One is 36,000 sq ft. The other is 6,000 sq ft. It once a German POW camp during WWII and I am told there is also Native American history on the property and surrounding area.

They have electricity, kitchen with fridge and coffee maker, and.....YES! They have a working bathroom. On the record, we are not supposed to sleep there but I am told they won't be there that weekend to check so we need to be on the down low if we sleep there.

Old Barnwell House (Johnson City, TX)

A non-refundable $100 deposit will be accepted with the remainder due 08/01/21. If you decide you cannot attend, you are allowed to sell your spot (just let me know who will be attending in your place).
We will investigate Saturday and Sunday nights but you will have Sunday during the day free to do whatever you like. The Hill Country has a lot to offer.
Participants must be age 18 or older.
This is a joint event with Texas Ghostly Gatherings.
Dr. James F. Barnwell arrived from in the late 1890s. At the time, Johnson City had six saloons and five other doctors but no hospital.
The Barnwell house was built in 1913 by Dr. James Franklin Barnwell who established it as Blanco County’s first hospital. The hospital was equipped with the county’s first X-Ray machine and a Delco Plant to furnish electricity for better lighting. His residence was on the first floor while the hospital was on the second floor and included exam, operating rooms, and recovery rooms.
The 2,300-square-foot house with four bedrooms. I am told that some visitors have reported paranormal activity however most was noted during renovation of the house.
